Psychological Astrology

A one-to-one session that uses your birth chart as a way to understand yourself, not to predict what happens next.

Psychological astrology reads the chart as a map of the psyche: your instincts, your defenses, the patterns you keep repeating, the parts of yourself you're still getting to know. It draws on the work of Carl Jung and on the tradition developed at the Centre for Psychological Astrology in London, where I trained and hold a certificate in Psychological Astrology, alongside a further two-year programme in Jungian and archetypal astrology at MISPA, studying under Liz Greene, Darby Costello, Lynn Bell and others.

What makes these sessions different is the second half of my training. I also work in Hellenistic astrology, the ancient system the whole Western tradition grew from, so I can read a chart with real technical grounding, not just archetypal association. And I'm currently completing a Master's in psychotherapy, which shapes how I run the session itself: less about handing you conclusions, more about staying in the harder or more confusing parts of the conversation with you until they actually make sense.

• Curious about a part of your chart that feels contradictory or hard to live with

• Looking for a way to know yourself better, rather than a forecast of what's coming next

 

What to expect: We'll work from your birth chart together, live, over video call. This isn't a reading done to you. It's a conversation, and you're an active part of making sense of it. You'll leave with a clearer read on a pattern or theme in your life, and, ideally, more choice in how you respond to it.
